Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

Velaro Designs LLC ("Velaro") operates as a Florida Licensed Certified General Contractor (CGC #123456) specializing in custom kitchen cabinetry, architectural millwork, precision 3D CAD design, and high-end residential remodeling across Miami-Dade and Broward counties.

2. Itemized Fixed-Price Proposals

All preliminary website pricing estimates or consultation quotes are subject to final in-home laser measurement and solid wood finish selection by Dmytro Mariichuk. Once a formal written contract is executed, the contract price is 100% binding with a zero hidden fee guarantee.

3. Standard Payment Schedule

Unless custom financing terms are selected through approved 0% APR partners, custom cabinetry fabrication requires:

• 50% Initial Deposit: Upon contract execution, approval of 3D CAD shop drawings, and finish sign-off.
• 50% Final Payment: Upon 100% completion of white-glove installation and final walkthrough sign-off with Dmytro Mariichuk.

4. Official 5-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

Every Velaro custom kitchen project includes an official written 5-Year Full Craftsmanship & Hardware Replacement Warranty Certificate issued directly by Dmytro Mariichuk. This warranty covers structural cabinet box integrity (100% plywood construction), soft-close Blum hardware, door hinge alignments, and finish durability under normal residential care.

5. Intellectual Property & 3D Designs

All 3D CAD shop drawings, architectural renderings, photographical portfolio assets, and proprietary cabinet construction details produced by Velaro Designs remain the intellectual property of Velaro Designs LLC until project completion and full contract settlement.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any contractual agreements executed with Velaro Designs LLC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
